WHY MICROCHIP?
Microchipping is a crucial step in ensuring the safety of your pet. In the unfortunate event that your pet goes missing, having a microchip with their identification details can increase the chances of them being found and returned to you.

THE PROCESS
The procedure involves the implantation of a tiny microchip under your pet's skin, usually between the shoulder blades. This microchip contains a unique identification number that can be scanned using a special device.
Once the microchip is implanted, your pet's details, along with your contact information, are registered on a national database, we use Animark.
In the event that your pet gets lost and is found, a simple scan can reunite you with your furry companion.
Microchipping is compulsory for dogs and is expected to become mandatory for cats soon, as the UK has introduced this.
